Booking & Payment Policy

Your 30-minute virtual consultation is complimentary, with no obligation. The terms below apply once we have talked and you are ready to reserve your project date.

Booking Retainer

A $150 booking retainer is required to reserve your project date. The retainer will be applied toward your final service balance. Any organizing products or supplies will be paid for separately.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the booking retainer being forfeited.

Final Balance

The remaining service balance is due upon completion of the project.
