This policy explains what QoS Living collects when you use this website or book a consultation, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. We have tried to write it plainly rather than in legal shorthand.
QoS Living (QoS Living LLC) is a home organization business based in Charlotte, North Carolina, serving Charlotte and surrounding communities. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean QoS Living, and "you" means a visitor to this site or a client.
If you have any question about this policy or about information we hold, contact us at rmwomack2@gmail.com.
When you book a complimentary consultation, the form asks for:
We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment card details, your date of birth, or any government identifier through this website.
Photographs deserve their own mention, because a picture of the inside of your home is more personal than an email address.
Uploading photographs is entirely optional, and you can book a consultation without them. If you do upload photographs, they are stored in private cloud storage and used only to help us understand your space before we speak. They are visible to Rebecca and to anyone with administrative access to the booking dashboard.
We will never publish a photograph of your home, or use it on this website or on social media, without asking you first and receiving your agreement. Before-and-after photographs shown on this site are published with the client's permission.
To have photographs you have sent deleted, email us and we will remove them.
This website does not use analytics software, advertising trackers, or third-party marketing pixels. We do not build a profile of your browsing, and we do not sell or rent information about you to anyone. There is nothing to opt out of, because there is no tracking to opt out of.
Two ordinary technical things do happen:
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The administrative dashboard used by our own staff stores a sign-in token in the browser for the duration of the session, but that applies only to us, not to visitors.
We use the information you give us to:
We do not add you to a marketing list from a consultation request, and we do not send newsletters or promotional email unless you have separately asked us to.
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the services that make the booking system work, and only to the extent they need it:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.
We keep booking records and any photographs you send for two years, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, except where we are required to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.
You can ask us at any time to:
Email rmwomack2@gmail.com and we will act on it. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no charge.
Booking information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled cloud services. Access to the booking dashboard requires an individual sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise, but we limit who can reach your information and why.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
